Hi Kate,

The system I referred to in my email was the official complaint tracking system used 
by the PD for all their complaints. It was the one referred to by Melanie in her email.

I don't advocate calling 911 for every little thing. I think you can call the station 
directly. However, I have been told that the only way to get an officer take a report 
is to call 911.
