Do your realize that most of the trucks Big ticket is using only require power for inside lights? That's 1 15 amp circuit at most. They set up the elaborate spread of stuff only too let each truck sit there all night with a loud generator providing enough power in most cases to run you house with everything you have running for a light bulb.

Well, tonight I proved it and saved the folks on 44th street by asking Daemon to take the extra effort to run land line power from one source to these trucks thereby reducing the noise level fro 87.8 dB a weighted to just under 77 dB.  The two generators they have on site are super quiet production types and provide three phase 600 amps a leg each, that enough to power all of the blocks they consume during the shoot and then some.

Hopefully from now on they will tie all the truck together with land power and not generators.  If only the parking would be that easy!

Why can't they film in front of Jannie's House?
