Soccer players are a big part of the problem, as are the frisbee throwers, the grass loungers and dancers during concerts, football players, etc. As tax payers, leashed-dog owners are already using the park as they are entitled to, so it seems unfair to double tax them for something already paid for. My recent post suggesting a fenced in dog area, possibly supported by the Hack money, was pretty much ignored except for the response from FoCP that the issue is too divisive (as if the non-existence of a dog park is any less so) and, subsequently, ignored.
