Gotta say it doesn't bother me a bit. In fact, I welcome any work in the arts to the area. Many of my colleagues collect residual checks for their appearances in locally filmed movies etc. Let's not chase them away before I can get my chance.
BTW, I live one block away from the filming and welcome the opportunity to show my daughter how a TV show is made.
