Kathleen, I don't know who is making
you feel embarrassed about voicing
your complaint or asking a legitimate
question about the HACK filming, who
ever they are, I can tell you they don't
matter.

The Hack problem has not been solved. And
the listserv is a forum for your concerns.

Please speak up. My block is also affected.
Based on the notice about the filming sent
to the listserv by SHCA on behalf Of HACK,
the answer to your question is - no.

The original complaint with the filming was
the lack of consideration for the residents
and not much has changed. HACK is concerned
with HACK. End of story.

Until Jannie Blackwell or the City of Philadelphia
takes an honest look at the impact that filming is
having on communities, we will continue to be
victims of the capricious behavior of a commercial
enterprise.

I don't understand how HACK can continue to shoot
in our community, ongoing with no end in sight.
Residents are not aware of the city guidelines related
to filming in communities and there is clearly a lack of
enforcement of the laws we do know of.

S.

Oh, crap.

I know that we've all had enough of complaining about Hack issues, but I
wonder whether there was any consideration given to the fact that
construction projects have eliminated parking on the east side of 43rd
street from Baltimore to Pine, and for about half the parkable length of
Pine between 42nd and 43rd.

Can I make a suggestion that those of us who live close enough to 44th
and Larchwood that we're going to be severely impacted by a further
reduction of parking call the Hack location office and complain?

At 9 last night, I circled for 1/2 hour to find a parking place within 4
blocks of my house. I really don't see how at lot at 47th and Baltimore
addresses our needs at all, unless Hack is also planning to run taxi
service.
