Ok one for the road...

Last night I was coming home at about 8ish
and there was a man walking his dog in front 
of my house. The dog runs down the street in
the opposite direction of the owner. I asked 
owner if his dog was on a leash, he replied
"does it look like he is on a leash?", I said
"well it's dark and I thought he was on a cord
until he ran so far away from you", I mentioned
that many people were frightened of dogs off leash.
He said" Oh..he is very well trained".
