If you are coming off the expressway via the University Avenue exit, and 
live further west than 46th, you might also consider going right on the 
second possible turn after the Gray's Ferry bridge:  48th street.  This will 
take you, after crossing Woodland, to Greenway, which turns 90 degrees and 
gets you to 49th.
