Marcellus finds that Pumpkin doesn't have a license and threatens to send it to the shelter. The bad guy is all "no, no, not that!" Apparantly, Pumpkin's BWG-person didn't attend the FOCP meeting last week. If he did, he'd'a known he could get a license for Pumpkin from www.phila.gov on the Internet and mailed in his fee -- no fuss, no muss, no bother. He'd'a also known he could go to 2nd & Bainbridge to have an ID chip implanted (in Pumpkin, not in himself, although I understand that Atty General Ashcroft is thinking of setting up facilities for people who have dogs, too). See what the BWG missed by watching TV instead of going to one of the public meetings he probably complains the community conspiracy never let him know was being held.
