I wonder if the recycling project has a guidline on the earliest permissible time to leave stuff for recycling. Al Airone, if you're following this thread, is there such a guidline. If so, what is it?

hi - i routinely take my plastic #1 and #2 containers to the campus recycling bins at Penn...there are some outside the highrises near 40/locust and a number of other places around campus.
