Not sure about recycling, but a lot of my neighbors seem to be pretty keen on putting their trash out any day of the week. After getting a couple of tickets, they've cleverly learned to put it out in front of my house. Since then, I've gotten a couple of tickets. Since I paid the last one rather than take a day off from work to protest it, I've begun photographing the dumping and spending my evenings rooting through their bags pulling out envelopes with addresses on them.
