We inherited our system from Chalmers Security (215/342-5625) when we bought 
our house. We have been very pleased with their service thus far. When we 
first moved in we had some issues and they were very prompt in coming out to 
troubleshoot, etc.

It's time to replace our 20-year-old fire and burglar alarm system.  We are
looking at Franklin Security and ADT.  Does anyone on these lists use either 
of
these companies?  Are they good, or not so good?  Any other advice for us?
