When I was in Italy one restaurant owner said he had something wonderful 
for a vegetarian. A tasty melon salad with sliced prosciutto on top. 
When told a vegetarian wouldn't eat that because it has meat in it, he 
replied "Oh, but we slice it so thin you won't even notice!"

I agree, it's rare to find a restaurant owner who cares at all. I'm 
excited
about the non-smoking bar in ANY event.
