prosciutto is hard not to notice. It was one of the BEST meats I ever

When I was in Italy one restaurant owner said he had something wonderful 
for a vegetarian. A tasty melon salad with sliced prosciutto on top. 
When told a vegetarian wouldn't eat that because it has meat in it, he 
replied "Oh, but we slice it so thin you won't even notice!"
