i saw a guy with a shopping cart two days ago, though it was piled full of aluminum. it didn't occur to me until just now, but maybe that's what happened to my downspout.... One of the Mad Mex waitresses told me that they recently had a guy run out on a $60 tab and that it was actually the second time he'd done it in the past year, one of the managers recognized him and called the police and when he ran out the door, they nabbed him.....

Which is what I'm leaning toward because he's not the same guy with a cart that we chased down and had arrested for helping himself to things from the White Dog.
