Woah. Rome has a large stray cat population. Rome is a popular tourist
attraction for Italy. Therefore, I say in order to increase Philly revenues,
we eliminate movie shootings, t.v. show shootings, and increase the stray cat
population! Oh, we also need some long-standing abandoned buildings which
look old and neglected like the colloseum... darn, they already imploded the
vet. Wait, there's a plethora of abandoned houses, do they count?
If you want to control the cat population, just tell all those dog owners
with their off-leash mutts to get a little more exercise... now we just need
someone to coordinate feral cat sightings with dog walkers. Can the UCD take
this on too? By the way, is the large amount of stray cats historically
significant for this community? ... heck, I'm actually truly interested in an
answer to that last question ... anyone know the history of feral cat
population (control) in (West) Philadelphia?

only bothering with this light drivel because I'm sick and can't
sleep)
