You tell me. One of my neighbors shared with me the latest newsletter mailed out by the Friends of Clark Park. In it is pictured a pack of dogs roaming off leash. Tacit approval of dogs fouling the park? Sure looks like it! Serious about reigning in the dogs? Sure doesn't look like it! Has anyone heard what's going on with the "dog committee?" Are they throwing a bone to people concerned about the park safety or just pooping on them?
