Hope you had a Happy Easter. Has everyone received the newsletter?
 
I notice that the last newsletter posted is from last year. When will the most recent newsletter be posted? Let people judge for themselves about the picture.
 
Also, I'm curious if the minutes from last night's meeting will be posted so that the community will be able to review them?

The Dog Committee member's dog is on the leash. The leash is being held by the Dog Committee member. The off-leash dogs are looking at the on-leash dog. The off-leash dog owner is looking at the on-leash dog owner. The on-leash dog and the on-leash owner are modeling on-leash etiquette for their free-range counterparts. Everyone is smiling, to see how happy the on-leash dog is.
 
What more, Frank, could you possibly want from us? Photos of Dog Committee helicopter gunships bombing and strafing off-leash dog positions in the Bowl?

Look again. The photo spread shows a member of Friends of Clark Park, who is also a Dog Committee member, modeling leash etiquette to an off-leash dog.

One of my neighbors shared with me the latest newsletter mailed out by the Friends of Clark Park. In it is pictured a pack of dogs roaming off leash.

Tacit approval of dogs fouling the park? Sure looks like it!

Serious about reigning in the dogs? Sure doesn't look like it!

Has anyone heard what's going on with the "dog committee?" Are they throwing a bone to people concerned about the park safety or just pooping on them?
