I always thought Bill Bradley would have been a great president. If there was ever an international dispute he could have just challenged the opposition to a game of hoops to settle it instead of sending in the marines to annihilate their entire population.
We killed 2 million Vietnamese and lost 50,000 Americans in that war but Americans never worry about the people we are killing.
I suspect the numbers in Iraq will be a similar disparity and unfortunately that will probably make a lot of Americans happy.
The media in this country is still so preoccupied with the Holocaust there aren't any resources left to focus on more modern exterminations.
