All, When the 30th street station area was being considered as a spot for a Phillies stadium, the U. of Penn vetoed the idea, because some Penn spokesperson claimed it would cause too much traffic around the hospital. Two years later, I don't see how you could get to the hospital in a timely manner. It seems that one frivolous construction project after another is choking every intersection in Ucity. There certainly doesn't seem to be any concern for people getting to the hospital...
