None of the posters so far on this subject seem to have actual experience being a young person living in a 6 bedroom house with 13 unrelated people. Looking back, I think the best living arrangement I ever had was sharing a house. Whenever I wanted to have dinner, go to a movie, play a game, throw a spontaneous dance party, or pour my heart out, it just happened. No going through my phone book and leaving messages on answering machines. If I wanted to have a picnic, we were eating hoagies and flying kites two hours later. Ahhh, tribal living. Does anyone remember the "Movement for a New Society" houses? Whatever happened to them? --- Chip ---- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to the list named "UnivCity."
