Darroff Enterprises (the Left bank) was the one who promised you would be on the "Smart Side."
bill�, according to the ucd marketing plan, ucd says -- twice -- that university city will be on the 'smart side' [see quotes below]. and nowhere in their marketing plan do they use the term 'left of center' (that phrase is from their press release).
