no, no, get your sloganeering straight ... UCD promises that you will be "Left of Center."
Darroff Enterprises (the Left bank) was the one who promised you would be on the "Smart Side."

bill, according to the ucd marketing plan, ucd says -- twice -- that university city will be on the 'smart side' [see quotes below]. and nowhere in their marketing plan do they use the term 'left of center' (that phrase is from their press release).

Yeah, I had noticed that discontinuity also, but since the Marketing Plan was not written by UCD, and the Press Release was, I'd choosen to believe that their preferred slogan was "Left of Center City."

but no matter. whether we're 'the smart side' or 'left of center,' or whether daroff enterprises first came up with the term or not, the important thing to keep in mind, bill, is that the ucd has now anointed themselves as the keepers of the vision--for you, for me, for university city.

Yeah, so. Isn't that what everyone wanted?

Everyone clearly prefers that an entity such as UCD create and keep the vision as opposed to a community organization such as Spruce Hill or even the UCCC.

Heavens to Mergatroid! You're not advocating that City Council should be the Keepers I hope!
