Eric T. Goldstein has resigned his position as executive director for University City District in West Philadelphia.
His replacement, "Mr. Hugs" an orange tabby, has promised lidless garbage cans and to help in the proliferation of both mouse production and area koy ponds. Mr. Hugs spent the afternoon attacking a rubber band and could not be interrupted for comment.
