Don't mix me up with Jonathan's reply, I am all for viciously beating the
crap out of anyone who tries to commit an act of such disrespect.

Someone mentioned teaching the perp a lesson by reporting the crime and
hoping that they get caught - what a load of crap with respect to our
current justice/penal system.  Incarceration is hardly the deterrent a lot
of people think it is.

I think it would teach them a lesson not to do it again if you beat them
to within an inch of their life and made them beg for it.

I was just pointing out that you should probably not try such an approach
if you don't have the bite to back it up.
