Meanwhile gold was found in the backyard of a residence at 46th and Hazel, just left of Center City. Penn Geologists reportedly knew about the gold streak running under this portion of the city but didn't publish their findings for fear property values would skyrocket, chasing away long-time local renters. As property values are now sure to climb, local businesses have hired men in yellow to patrol this vastly undervalued neighborhood.
