To enhance the safety of pedestrians and motorists, the City of
Philadelphia has installed NO-U-TURN signs along 38th Street from Civic
Center Blvd. up to Chestnut Street. These traffic regulations will be
strictly enforced by Philadelphia and University of Pennsylvania Police.
