Then all of those Chestnut Hill posers will no longer be able to afford to ride the Chestnut Hill Local to work. They will then have to ride real SEPTA with the salt of the earth, increasing SEPTA's ridership and revenue.   For those who cannot afford SEPTA at all, they will move to other areas of our great nation where the cost of living is more affordable.
