This is not true.
This was a rumor that was started a year ago.
I went to Paul, and asked about if he would accept help spaying the cats.
He said yes.
For him the obstacles were money, time and energy levels.
These are not his cats.
These cats have already been abandoned, and tend to congregate at his
house because he provides food and water.
I believe that one of our Regent neighbors has generously and
successfully arranged to have several of the cats fixed.

As his neighbor, I wish Paul had a different hobby, but Pete, having read
this ridiculous bit of neighbor and Catholic bashing, I wish the same of
you.  Gossip is not a happy hobby. I am glad your normal vents are
superior to the example shown below.
