We have an approx 10 year old electric treadmill that needs repair. A little
plastic piece connected to the control that makes the thing work broke; net
effect, can't turn it on. It looks like the kind of thing that someone who
tinkers with appliances could repair, but we've now learned that appliance
repair people don't repair 'exercise equipment'. So, does anyone have any
ideas? We've spent the last couple of days trying to reach the manufacturer for
suggestions, so far with no luck. I also can't find an on-line version of the
revised 'Close at Hand'. We will try phoning local gyms for ideas, but thought
to try the list first. So, any suggestions?
Thanks!
