Doesn't that make him "a stranger?" Are we suggesting that a Penn student is "one of us," while anyone else on the street is a "stranger?" EVERY crime committed in University City is bad for our neighborhood. This one happens to be so bizarre, and no one got hurt, so it's getting our attention and even our jokes. But when I mentioned it to my B&B guest from Vancouver, affiliated with Penn, he saw it as negative for THE NEIGHBORHOOD, not Penn. And it is negative for the neighborhood - it suggests that there are way too many guns here. UCD is well aware of this perception by outsiders. They DO NOT promote crime info so they can claim to be able to take care of it if somebody pays them more. If you think otherwise, show us the examples.
