using its campus police force to harrass the company’s  workers in order to 
suppress competition from a small start-up company that  offers lower-priced 
parking and free shuttle bus services to employees and  students of the

Tony neglected to mention that this wasn't a hoax item intended to expose  
Penn's bullying tactics by means of satire. It appeared in The Philadelphia  
Public Record, No. 10    Issue 371 -  Mar. 8 , 2007 (of which he happens to be 
the  esteemed Managing Editor). The paper is directed toward the city's 
political  subculture.
