But, consistent with my belief that we should not be rushing to judgement, I may do so when the details of the "internal investigation" are released. Details including procedures as well as findings. Or, if the details are not released. As, by the way, I would have if UCD had not complied with the legally mandated requirement that they compy with my request for their IRS filing (which, after some fits and starts for which I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they did).
