I don't know that Squirrel Hill "has lost" a seat on the Board of UCD, it may be Squirrel Hill has chosen not to fill their seat under the current guidelines. It sounds like Marty was first on the Board. Then, was Squirrel Hill told to provide 3 names to replace him? And thus, they simply lost a Board seat when they refused? That is how I'm reading this. It's a long time ago, but my recollection is that Marty was on at the very beginning of UCD. I know it was about 5 years ago that I heard of the removal, but not the details. To me, this supports the suggestion, as I understood the Councilwoman's account, that he was removed. I just want to be clear.
