I noticed the probationers are back in the district, 40th and Baltimore. That's another one of those brilliant crime reduction strategies. Take folks that get into minor trouble; ignore the real problems they have in their lives; and humiliate them in their bright orange vests, cleaning the streets and setting up moon bounces for the people in the wealthy district. Brilliant! Brilliant!
