Neighbors, I've been putting my librarianly research skill to work, but to no avail -- I'm trying to find (Matt, are you out there?) a reasonable summary of regulations that apply to polling places, and poll workers, in Philadelphia. Can anyone point me to something?
Things just don't seem quite "right" at our polling place -- yesterday, for example, my son was voting for the first time. He had to do a provisional ballot because he wasn't in the book, but a very "helpful" poll worker wanted to show him who to vote for. This is just one example and, granted, yesterday's election wasn't as critical as some; I'd like to have a clearer idea of what's okay and what isn't before primary time next spring.
