The article in today's DP and the one that appeared a month or so ago both included statements that the Penn Trustees would have to give their approval for the Campus Inn proposal. Presumably because it would involve the ground-lease of Penn-owned property on a long-term basis and something new would be built on that ground. I heard a rumor that some of the opponents, including a few with influence at the University, were planning to lobby the Trustees against the proposal. Does anyone know anything that would confirm or refute this rumor?
