No, but I hope it is true.  I believe, if the larger university community found 
out how parts of the U. conduct themselves in our neighborhood and the city, we 
would hear some calls for change.  I don't know if the trustees will care, but 
some at the university would care.

  The article in today's DP and the one that appeared a month or so ago both 
included statements that the Penn Trustees would have to give their approval 
for the Campus Inn proposal. Presumably because it would involve the 
ground-lease of Penn-owned property on a long-term basis and something new 
would be built on that ground.
