Are you a dues-paying member of SHCA? I am, so I have standing when I speak
about SHCA actions.?
This type of economic exclusion is banned by HUD in its nationally recognized
and implemented Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC)?programs, as it seeks to
expand and broaden self-directed citizen participation?in?local community
development processes.

Noting that you are becoming even more bourgeois since abandoning your mid-west
roots, you are hereby sentenced to two weekends of re-education at the
LBeam-Sleek&Edgy School of Social Policy, or you may substitute one act of
penance. I see there is an opening for a guillotine demo-doll at this year's
Bastille Day celebration.

Ciao,

Craig??

Your criticisms of SHCA procedures show no awareness of practical Association
issues at any level. The subject of how to run a civic group in the city of
Philadelphia is one you have relentlessly refused to learn anything about, for
many years. What is your background in this field? Are you prepared to tell
your neighbors what you are good at, and why your opinion on how to decide a
zoning issue might be valuable to us all? In your personal experience with
zoning committees, what is it Barry did wrong that you have done better, when
you were personally called to make these difficult decisions in previous Zoning
Committees you have sat on??
?
UC-list has a right to know exactly how much of an expert you are, on a subject
you represent yourself as a judge.?
