Several years ago, I saw a Penn plan for a Locust St. pedestrian bridge over the river. How many pedestrian bridges is Penn proposing?
Sometimes the Penn planners come up with good ideas and they won't need to use dirty tricks. The pedestrian river crossings seem like a good idea if they have the money. The river park was planned to go to the Forgotten Bottoms and cross the river to Bartram's garden. That was proposed for completion this year. I haven't heard about this lately. Anyone have info?
