To answer your question, I would like to demand that the state and federal governments gaurantee that funding gaps between poor districts and wealthy areas are eliminated. Privatizing education so that a few people can become filthy rich like us landowners is not the answer. A lot of people want the money with no accountability such as No Child Left Behind achievement standards. Just what is your Marxist Mechanism for redistributing earned income to strengthen under-performing schools. Or, are you a proponent of a gambling fools' tax to fund education? Organizations like this one you are promoting have had a good run blaming teachers in underfunded districts for any and all poor outcomes with poor students. Meanwhile, the tremendous funding gap between districts is ignored and downplayed. Well it seems the current Congress is more partial to my point of view than yours. If you run for and are elected to Congress, does that get you immunity from UCD conspired trash tickets? Because, it wont change state mismanagement of education. If we stopped corporate welfare and stopped destroying the lives of people around the world with illegal invasions- and if we stopped a war on drugs that is nothing more than welfare for the military industrial complex which demands US policy supports civil wars by backing thugs and warlords; we could as a society fund the important responsibility to provide a good education for all children.
