After much dissatisfaction with the "wham, bam; thank you mam" style
of doing business with
the Dentists who accepted DMO insurance provided, I upgraded my
insurance to PPO so that I could go to Barry
Sukoneck who is in the Philadelphian (2400 Pennsylvania Ave). He was
recommended to me
by another friend in the neighborhood. I've had no complaints (except
for the extra cost of the
PPO insurance).
Interpretation: It seems that the Dentists who accept this DMO coverage
do all they
can to find uncovered services that you have to pay out of pocket. In
all fairness to the Dentists
it's probably their way of getting back at the Scrooge-like coverage
estimates by the Insurance companies. The problem is that we are the ones
who get the inefficiencies and inequities of the system thrown on us by
either the Insurance or the Provider. It is really like having no
insurance at
all when the cost of the root canal is 370 bucks and the insurance co.
only pays 125. Why, today, is a mouthful of teeth such a luxury?

were living in the depression or working in the mines or sharecroppers..
