ALSO didn't see a man being arrested for armed robbery right outside of my 
house last night at 11:15pm.  The dozen police cars (marked, un-marked, and 
undercover) blocking Locust St. just west of 44th must've been a figment of my 
imagination.  University City has barely any crime at all.Mark
