So, I need a small claims lawyer to get back my rental car charges from an accident where I was rear-ended in Dec. 2007. My insurance company (Progressive) does not have any impetus to get the money back as it is out of pocket for me (no rental insurance on the policy) and they have been reinbursed for the damage and repairs to the vehicle. Awesome.
