I just talked to a guy whose dog bolted around 43rd & Baltimore (after being scared by a bunch of possums). The dog is very small, shitzu- like, blackish-brown on top, with tan paws. Her name is Brandy. Not sure if she has a collar or tags, but he didn't have her on a leash... (sighhh)
