Well, FedEx NEVER delivered an 32G iPod Touch for my husband's birthday this month.
Although it got to the sorting facility for 19104, it didn't get to my house. FedEx is "allegedly" investigating its loss, even though I confirmed with Apple. Fortunately, Apple issued another one while FedEx is er,... investigating. Apparently, there are plenty of light fingers to go around, so beware!
