Our beloved chef Joey purchased a two-story house in this area and he is slowly
fixing it up either to move in or rent out. Some of the last things he needs
are a stove, hot water heater, and fridge (there is a water line to the fridge).
He's trying to decide between buying new (something simple from a place like
Lowe's), buying used from one of the many used appliance places that can be
found around here, or looking on Craig's list or this list for some items.
All experiences / opinions are most welcome. And if you have one of these
applicances that are in real good working order and you are ready to sell,
please let me know and I'll pass on the information.
