We’ll share the latest trends and breakthroughs for using games in learning as well as discuss and demonstrate some great examples. We’ll also discuss what you will need to know to start building your own games and simulations for optimal learning in your class or company. ***Screencasts 101 Bonus Mini-Session**** We'll also look at the latest tools and techniques for creating Screencasts. What is a ScreenCast? It is an application that lets you record your computer screen into a movie. These are movies that you can add to your website to introduce yourself, offer help on using your site, or demonstrate a product. We'll review several tools including JingProject, ScreenReady, Camtasia and Captivate.
