>From 3-6 PM, 15th and Market across from Wachovia Bank, “Bail Out the People Not Banks Rally and Speak Out” is planned by a coalition of respected citizen-activist organizations. Neighbors Against McPenntrification, part of the coalition, and the Uhuru movement are both highly respected West Philadelphia based, citizen action organizations. Hope to see you there. (It’s amazing to me that so many people are calling the bailout “socialism.” The bailout is for corporations and the obscenely wealthy only. It is a jump in the rapidly expanding shift to a fascist state.
