I saw a dog this morning around 9 am on Springfield ave around the
4700 and 4800 block. He/she was really skittish so I couldn't approach
it. There was a chain around the neck. I don't think I saw a collar or
any tags.
I don't know much about dogs. It was tan all over, a little darker
around the mouth and ears. short hair. Pit lab mix, maybe. something
like that.
definitely very scared.
