I saw a squirrel this morning around 9 am on Springfield ave around the 4700 and 4800 block. He/she was really skittish so I couldn't approach it. There was a tiny trumpet on a chain around the neck. I don't think I saw a collar or any tags, but was hiding behind a car, so not so sure. I don't know much about squirrels. It was tan all over, a little darker around the mouth and ears. short hair. big fangs. Flying mix, maybe. something like that. definitely very scared. Had some nuts in mouth. ran westwards when i sneezed.
